Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to service activation, billing, technical problems, and account management.
- Provide accurate information about Tigo's products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Participate actively in all required training and development programs.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (Guaraní is a plus).
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet connection.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role (even if not telecommunications).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting common internet or mobile issues.
