Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Secret Shoppers in South Beach, Miami. This is an immediate opening for a critical role that directly impacts our clients’ understanding of their customer experience. As a Secret Shopper, you will discreetly evaluate customer service, product quality, and store environments, providing valuable feedback that helps businesses improve and thrive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to real-world business improvements and enjoy flexible assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail locations, restaurants, or service providers discreetly as a regular customer.
- Objectively observe and evaluate specific aspects of customer service, product presentation, cleanliness, and overall experience.
- Interact with staff in a natural manner to assess their responsiveness, knowledge, and helpfulness.
- Accurately complete detailed online reports and questionnaires within specified deadlines, providing objective observations and feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments and collected information.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each shopping assignment.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to remain objective and unbiased during evaluations.
- Reliable access to a computer with internet and basic computer proficiency.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with various types of retail and service environments.
- Ability to travel locally within the South Beach, Miami area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
