Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Macy's store locations as a regular customer, performing designated shopping scenarios.
- Objectively evaluate various aspects of the store experience, including cleanliness, product displays, availability, and promotional accuracy.
- Assess the quality of customer service provided by sales associates, including greetings, product knowledge, attentiveness, and checkout efficiency.
- Discreetly complete detailed online evaluation forms and reports within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines, instructions, and ethical standards for secret shopping.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all evaluation findings and project details.
- Provide constructive and detailed feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
