Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EA Games Professional to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee specific phases of game development projects from conception to launch, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with producers, designers, engineers, and artists to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues to keep development on track.
  • Facilitate effective communication and workflow between remote team members and various departments.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews, providing clear updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the successful integration of new features and content, maintaining high quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development pipeline and team processes.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in the video game industry, preferably in a project management, production, or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of game development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • A deep passion for video games and familiarity with EA titles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CSM).
  • Technical understanding of game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) and development pipelines.
