Job Description

Electronic Arts (EA) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated EA Sports Career Starter to join our team in Richmond, VA. This junior-level position is designed for individuals with little to no prior professional experience, offering a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of the industry from the ground up. You will gain foundational experience supporting various aspects of game development and operations for our beloved EA Sports titles. This role is an excellent stepping stone for a long-term career in gaming, providing mentorship and hands-on exposure to our innovative processes and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with data entry, content management, and administrative tasks.
- Support quality assurance efforts by conducting basic game testing and reporting bugs.
- Learn and utilize internal tools and software essential for game development workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to team goals.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and actively learning about project progress.
- Help organize and maintain project documentation and resources.
