Job Description

Join Electronic Arts as a Home Support specialist and become an integral part of our global customer service team. This is a unique opportunity to help millions of EA users around the world resolve their game-related issues, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience. As a crucial point of contact, you will provide expert assistance, troubleshoot technical problems, and offer solutions with a friendly and professional demeanor, all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical and customer support to EA players globally via chat, email, and phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve player issues related to game installation, connectivity, account management, and in-game mechanics.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps and provide clear, concise solutions.
  • Document interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and gather necessary information.
  • Stay up-to-date with new game releases, patches, and platform updates.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive player community experience.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer troubleshooting and internet navigation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries.
  • Adaptability to new software and gaming platforms.

  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Passion for video games and familiarity with EA titles.
