Job Description
Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Fleet Driver to join our corporate services team in Arvada, CO. This pivotal role is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and discreet transportation services to our senior executives, clients, and visitors, upholding the highest corporate standards. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable driving record, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong commitment to punctuality, confidentiality, and vehicle maintenance. You will play a crucial role in representing the professional image of Arrow Electronics, ensuring all travel experiences are seamless and executed with the utmost care and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives, clients, and visitors to various destinations, adhering to schedules and traffic conditions.
- Maintain the executive fleet vehicles in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, optimal mechanical performance, and regular servicing.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals, utilizing navigation tools and real-time traffic updates.
- Demonstrate exceptional discretion and confidentiality regarding all passenger conversations and corporate information.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Respond professionally to all inquiries and requests, providing a superior level of service.
- Coordinate with administrative staff for scheduling and logistical arrangements.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 5 years).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in an executive or corporate chauffeur role.
- Excellent knowledge of the Denver Metro area and surrounding regions, including Arvada.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Impeccable punctuality and time management abilities.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles and navigate effectively in various traffic conditions.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Physical ability to assist with luggage and ingress/egress for passengers as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with defensive driving techniques and certifications.
- Prior experience working with senior corporate executives.
- Advanced first aid or emergency response training.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, based on executive schedules.
