Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed aestheticians and medical staff during consultations and treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked according to protocols.
- Greet clients warmly, assist with check-in/check-out, and ensure a comfortable experience.
- Sterilize equipment and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the spa.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate retail products.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Learn and effectively communicate knowledge about various medical-grade skincare brands and products.
- Support the team in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
