Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and sort packages, freight, and other materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling and proper placement of items.
- Scan packages accurately using handheld devices to track inventory and shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and quality control checks as needed.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and effectively after training.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Excellent physical stamina and endurance.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic communication skills (reading and understanding instructions).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Familiarity with scanning equipment or inventory systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
