Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors.
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, service requests, and general financial questions via phone and in-person.
  • Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and new account paperwork.
  • Maintain organized client files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule and confirm client meetings for Financial Advisors.
  • Support marketing initiatives and client outreach programs.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company's values.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
