Job Description
Join the team at G’s Fresh as a Fresh Produce Packer in our state-of-the-art facility in Ely, Cambridgeshire. In this essential role, you will be responsible for meticulously sorting, inspecting, and packing a variety of fresh produce, ensuring it meets our rigorous quality standards before reaching our customers. You will work in a clean, temperature-controlled factory environment, contributing to the efficient flow of operations and upholding our commitment to food safety and excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, inspect, and pack fresh fruits and vegetables according to company specifications and quality control guidelines.
- Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following all training and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work area, adhering strictly to food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Perform basic quality checks on produce to identify and remove any substandard items or foreign materials.
- Assist with other general factory duties as required, contributing to the overall productivity and cleanliness of the site.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling delicate produce.
