Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Golf Club Grip Installer to join our manufacturing team at our state-of-the-art sporting goods factory in Lancaster, CA. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for precisely installing grips on a variety of golf clubs, ensuring each club meets Callaway’s rigorous quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, have strong manual dexterity, and are passionate about contributing to the production of premium golf equipment. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately measure and prepare golf club shafts for grip installation.
  • Apply adhesive and install new grips onto golf clubs according to specified standards and procedures.
  • Ensure proper alignment, tension, and fit of grips on all club types (drivers, irons, wedges, putters).
  • Inspect finished clubs for quality, identifying and rectifying any imperfections or errors in grip application.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and uphold efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance on grip installation tools and equipment.
