Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Google Digital Ad Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the flawless execution of digital advertising campaigns across Google’s platforms, including Google Ads, Display & Video 360, and YouTube. You will work closely with media planners, account managers, and creative teams to ensure all ad assets are trafficked correctly, campaigns launch on time, and performance is accurately tracked. This is a critical position for someone passionate about digital marketing operations and eager to contribute to high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the trafficking of digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform (DV360, SA360), and YouTube, ensuring timely launch and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal media, creative, and account teams to gather all necessary assets, tracking codes, and campaign specifications.
  • Implement and test third-party ad tags and tracking pixels within Google ad platforms.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on all campaign setups and ad creatives to ensure compliance with ad specifications and client requirements.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance, identifying and troubleshooting any trafficking or tracking issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of campaign setups, ad specs, and trafficking procedures.
  • Assist in the generation of performance reports and provide insights on trafficking efficiency.
  • Stay updated on Google's advertising policies, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Support the team with ad hoc requests related to campaign operations and digital media.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed for campaign execution.

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital ad trafficking, ad operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads and familiarity with Google Marketing Platform (Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts, terminology, and best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues related to ad serving and tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video).
  • Experience with other ad servers or demand-side platforms (DSPs).
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies relevant to ad tags.
