Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pinterest Specialist to join our growing remote team. This is a unique opportunity to manage and optimize Pinterest strategies for diverse clients, focusing on content curation, pin creation, audience engagement, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pinterest platform, its algorithms, and best practices for driving traffic, conversions, and brand awareness. You will be instrumental in developing visually compelling content and strategic pinning schedules, ensuring our clients’ presence on Pinterest is both dominant and effective. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US, provided you can maintain a productive work environment and align with EST business hours when necessary for team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies for multiple clients.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and trend analysis to inform content strategy.
- Create engaging and visually appealing Pins, Idea Pins, and video content optimized for Pinterest.
- Manage and schedule daily pinning activity, ensuring consistent brand presence.
- Monitor Pinterest analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate insightful reports.
- Identify and implement A/B testing opportunities to optimize content and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest features, best practices, and algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members.
- Engage with the Pinterest community, respond to comments, and foster audience growth.
- Provide strategic recommendations for client growth and campaign improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing Pinterest for business accounts.
- Strong understanding of Pinterest analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for pin creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
