XPO Logistics in New Port Richey, FL, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals for a High School Logistics Job focused on Warehouse & Shipping operations. This entry-level position offers invaluable hands-on experience in a real-world logistics environment, providing you with foundational skills in inventory management, material handling, and supply chain processes. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to daily operations that keep goods moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the receiving, unloading, and checking of incoming shipments.
- Help organize and stock inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Support the picking and packing of orders for outbound shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment after proper training and certification (if applicable).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and quality checks.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
