Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and client-focused Holiday Gift Shoppers to join our team for the seasonal peak. This is a unique opportunity to provide exceptional, personalized shopping assistance to clients seeking the perfect gifts. You will navigate our luxury offerings, understand client preferences, and ensure a seamless, delightful experience from selection to final presentation. This role offers competitive hourly compensation with significant potential for tips based on outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert, personalized gift recommendations to clients based on their preferences and budget.
- Actively engage with customers, building rapport and understanding their unique needs for holiday gifting.
- Efficiently locate and present merchandise from various departments within the store.
- Coordinate gift wrapping, personalization, and delivery services for client purchases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, new arrivals, and holiday promotions.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a client-first approach.
