Job Description
Are you passionate about cars and dedicated to perfection? We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Mobile Car Valeter to join our team in Sunderland. This is an exciting opportunity to drive a fully equipped company van, serving our valued customers at their homes or workplaces. If you have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a desire to earn high commission through excellent service, we want to hear from you. You’ll be responsible for delivering a premium valeting service, ensuring every vehicle meets our rigorous standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior valeting services on a variety of vehicles.
- Drive a fully equipped company van to customer locations across Sunderland and surrounding areas.
- Manage your daily schedule efficiently to meet customer appointments and company targets.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the company valeting van and equipment.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, ensuring satisfaction with every service.
- Identify and recommend additional valeting services or products where appropriate.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Accurately complete service records and process payments on-site.
Required Skills
- Full UK driving license with a clean record.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for vehicle presentation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness to perform duties including bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanour.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car valeting, detailing, or a similar automotive role.
- Knowledge of various car cleaning products and techniques.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on service delivery.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for routine van checks.
