Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a High School Service Associate. This customer-facing role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals, including recent high school graduates or those currently pursuing high school education, to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry. You will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting them with various banking needs, and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to upholding our core values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers, providing a warm and professional first impression.
  • Assist customers with basic banking transactions and inquiries, including account information, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Educate customers on various banking products and services relevant to their needs.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, ensuring all customer-facing areas are presentable.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
