Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior AI Podcast Editor to join our innovative content team. This fully remote role is perfect for an entry-level professional passionate about podcasts, audio technology, and artificial intelligence. You will play a crucial part in enhancing our podcast library, working with cutting-edge AI tools to refine, edit, and optimize audio content. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI-powered audio editing tools and software to clean, enhance, and master podcast episodes.
  • Perform detailed audio editing tasks including cutting, splicing, noise reduction, and level balancing.
  • Collaborate with content creators and producers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality audio.
  • Ensure all podcast content adheres to Spotify's quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new AI workflows for audio production.
  • Organize and manage audio assets, ensuring proper filing and version control.
  • Provide constructive feedback on AI tool performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in audio technology, podcasting, and AI.
  • Support ad-hoc audio-related tasks as needed by the production team.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, DaVinci Resolve Fairlight, Logic Pro X).
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts related to audio processing (e.g., speech-to-text, noise reduction, mastering).
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen ear for audio quality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for podcasts and digital audio content.

Preferred Qualifications
