Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the helpdesk system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technical support specialists.
- Follow standard operating procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
