Job Description
Join the distinguished team at Omni Corpus Christi Hotel as a Limo Associate for our afternoon and evening roster. We are seeking a professional, courteous, and highly reliable individual to provide premium transportation services to our discerning guests. In this role, you will ensure safe, timely, and comfortable travel experiences, representing the high standards of luxury and service synonymous with the Omni brand. This position requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, and an unwavering dedication to exceptional customer service during peak guest arrival and departure times.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport guests to and from various destinations, including airports, local attractions, and business meetings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of the limousine vehicle, inside and out, before and after each trip.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide courteous, professional service at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel safety policies.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain a detailed log of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide local information as requested.
Required Skills
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, rideshare, delivery, chauffeur).
- Excellent knowledge of Corpus Christi and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Impeccable punctuality and reliability.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury transportation or hospitality environments.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and local traffic patterns.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
