Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Cleveland team as a Limo Detailer & Driver. This unique multi-skilled role combines the precision and meticulousness of luxury vehicle detailing with the professionalism and excellent customer service required for chauffeuring clients. You will be responsible for ensuring our high-end limousines and luxury vehicles are maintained to pristine condition, both inside and out, and for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation services to our discerning clientele. This is an on-site position requiring a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing of luxury vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage, wear, or needed repairs and report findings promptly.
- Maintain detailing equipment and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Safely and professionally operate luxury vehicles for client pick-ups, drop-offs, and scheduled routes.
- Adhere strictly to schedules, traffic laws, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logs, including mileage, fuel consumption, and service records.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus).
- Proven excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for vehicle aesthetics.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash operations.
- Prior experience driving luxury vehicles or in a chauffeuring role.
- Customer service experience in a high-end or hospitality environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
