Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Limo Detailer & Driver. This multi-skilled role requires a professional who takes pride in maintaining our luxury fleet to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, while also providing safe, punctual, and courteous transportation services to our discerning clients. You will be instrumental in ensuring our vehicles always reflect the premium brand image of Carey International, both in their appearance and through the professional service delivered behind the wheel.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning, detailing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming of luxury limousines, sedans, and SUVs.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or maintenance needs, reporting findings promptly to management.
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport clients to their destinations.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and client privacy guidelines.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Manage time effectively to meet tight schedules and client demands.
- Keep records of detailing and driving activities as required.
Required Skills
- Valid Class E (or equivalent) Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving or chauffeur experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for vehicle presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift luggage (up to 50 lbs) and perform detailing tasks (bending, stooping, standing for extended periods).
- Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and landmarks in Land O' Lakes, FL and surrounding areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury vehicle detailing or as a limousine driver.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance.
- Defensive driving certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is a plus.
