Job Description
Bell Trans is seeking experienced and professional Limo Drivers to join our elite team in Henderson, NV. We offer a competitive package including a $1,500 weekly minimum guarantee, ensuring our drivers are well-compensated for their dedication and service. As a Limo Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and luxurious transportation experiences for our diverse clientele. This role demands exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, impeccable presentation, and a thorough understanding of the local area. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations using company-provided luxury vehicles.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols, ensuring passenger comfort and security.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all clients, assisting with luggage and providing a premium service experience.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding schedules, routes, and client needs.
- Navigate routes efficiently, utilizing GPS and local knowledge to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
- Represent Bell Trans with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (e.g., limousine, taxi, ride-share, truck driving).
- Excellent knowledge of the Henderson and Las Vegas metropolitan area, including major attractions, hotels, and airport layouts.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in all situations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine or chauffeur driver.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and features.
- Defensive driving certification.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
