Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Limo Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Fontana, CA. This unique role combines crucial logistical planning with active driving responsibilities, ensuring the seamless operation of our luxury fleet. The ideal candidate will be adept at scheduling, dispatching, and providing exceptional chauffeuring services when needed. This is an on-site position critical to our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily limousine schedules, routes, and assignments for maximum efficiency.
- Dispatch chauffeurs and vehicles effectively to meet all client demands and optimize resource allocation.
- Act as a professional chauffeur when required, ensuring safe, punctual, and comfortable transport for clients.
- Monitor real-time fleet movements and address any operational issues, delays, or emergencies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, dispatches, vehicle logs, and driver hours.
- Communicate effectively with clients, chauffeurs, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure all vehicles are prepared, inspected, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to fleet management, client services, and operational reporting.
Required Skills
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or a similar role (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Southern California, including major routes and venues.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with scheduling software, GPS systems, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs demand.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a professional chauffeur or in a luxury transportation setting.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operation, basic maintenance checks, and care.
- Associate's degree or relevant certification in logistics, transportation management, or hospitality.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to cater to our diverse client base.
