Job Description

Netflix is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Content Taggers to join our remote team. In this unique role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our vast library of content is accurately categorized and tagged, helping millions of users discover their next favorite show or movie. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the magic of Netflix.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch and analyze a wide variety of Netflix content, including movies, TV series, and documentaries.
- Apply relevant tags, keywords, and metadata to content based on predefined guidelines and criteria.
- Categorize content by genre, sub-genre, themes, mood, tone, and other descriptive elements.
- Identify and tag specific visual and audio elements within content, such as cast, locations, and music.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in tagging to enhance content discoverability and recommendation algorithms.
- Provide feedback on tagging tools and guidelines to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with content teams to understand new content and tagging requirements.
