Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Porter to join our team at Premier Inn Lichfield. In this crucial overnight role, you will be the main point of contact for guests during unsocial hours, ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction. This position requires a vigilant individual with excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While experience is a plus, we value a strong work ethic and a commitment to our brand standards. Potential for staff accommodation is available for suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception desk during night hours, handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Conduct regular security checks of the premises, ensuring the safety and security of all guests and property.
- Perform light cleaning duties and set up for breakfast service as required.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, balancing accounts at the end of the shift.
- Monitor fire safety systems and follow emergency procedures if necessary.
- Assist with luggage and other guest needs.
- Prepare daily reports and handover information to the morning team.
