Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Air Con Installation Labourer to join our growing team during the busy summer season. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. You will be instrumental in supporting our skilled technicians with the installation of various air conditioning systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with the installation of air conditioning units and associated pipework.
- Load and unload materials and tools at job sites.
- Prepare work areas, including setting up scaffolding and ensuring site safety.
- Perform general labouring duties such as drilling, cutting, and basic assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including site cleanup after project completion.
- Transport equipment and components between vehicles and installation locations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with system testing and commissioning as directed by technicians.
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
