Job Description

You’ll work closely with clients and our internal teams to coordinate every detail, from initial concept to flawless execution. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, social gatherings, and special occasions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for events.
- Coordinate with internal departments (catering, audiovisual, sales, operations) to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage event timelines, vendor relationships, and logistical arrangements.
- Prepare event documentation, including proposals, contracts, and detailed event orders.
- Be present during events to oversee setup, execution, and breakdown, addressing any on-site issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in event coordination or hospitality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with event management software (e.g., Cvent, TripleSeat).
- A portfolio of successful events planned or contributed to.
- Customer service experience in a luxury or upscale environment.
