Job Description
We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Student Receptionist to join our dedicated spa team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student looking to gain valuable experience in a high-end hospitality setting. As the first point of contact for our spa guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience, managing appointments, and supporting the daily operations of our exquisite boutique spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all spa guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Efficiently manage the spa appointment book, scheduling and confirming services.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about services and booking appointments.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist spa therapists and aestheticians with guest requests and operational support as needed.
- Educate guests on spa services, products, and promotions.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with grace and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
