Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Household Coordinator to manage the daily operations of a private residence associated with The Davenport Collection. This is a unique live-in opportunity where you will be instrumental in maintaining a high standard of living, coordinating various household functions, and ensuring a seamless, comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing top-tier personal assistance. Food and board are included as part of the compensation package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the residence to impeccable standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee external vendors, contractors, and service providers (e.g., gardeners, cleaners, maintenance).
  • Procure household supplies, groceries, and other necessities, managing inventory and budgets.
  • Plan and prepare healthy meals, adhering to dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Handle correspondence, manage calendars, and arrange appointments as needed.
  • Assist with personal errands, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed and the residence is safe and well-maintained.
  • Perform light administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
  • Anticipate household needs and proactively address them to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide respectful and discreet personal support to the residents.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in household management, hospitality, or personal assistance.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic meal preparation and kitchen management.
  • Discretion, trustworthiness, and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • Experience with smart home systems and household technology.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
