Job Description
Are you a proactive, customer-focused individual looking to embark on a career in luxury transportation? Signature Transportation Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Professional Black Car Aides to join our Lexington team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to provide exceptional service. You will play a vital role in supporting our professional chauffeurs and ensuring our vehicles are pristine and ready for our esteemed clients. No prior experience is needed; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills required to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare luxury vehicles for daily operations, including meticulous cleaning and detailing of interiors and exteriors.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any maintenance needs or issues promptly.
- Assist chauffeurs with luggage handling, client greetings, and ensuring passenger comfort and safety.
- Maintain vehicle inventory of amenities (water, newspapers, charging cables, etc.) and replenish as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- Support chauffeurs with navigation assistance, route planning, and real-time traffic updates.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety protocols, and local traffic regulations.
- Handle special requests and adapt to dynamic scheduling requirements with a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with the Lexington, KY metropolitan area roads and landmarks.
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role (e.g., hospitality, retail, food service).
- First Aid/CPR certification.
