Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Professional Chauffeurs to join our elite team in Boston, MA. This role is perfect for individuals who possess exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, and a polished professional demeanor. As a Dav El | BostonCoach Chauffeur, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and luxurious transportation experiences for our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction on every trip. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations using company-provided luxury vehicles.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of the assigned vehicle, inside and out.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with luggage and opening/closing doors.
- Plan optimal routes using navigation tools, considering traffic patterns and client preferences.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding pick-ups, drop-offs, and any unforeseen delays or issues.
- Ensure client confidentiality and discretion.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Required Skills
- Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of Boston and surrounding New England areas.
- Strong navigation skills and ability to use GPS/mapping applications effectively.
- Impeccable customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Punctual and reliable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a professional chauffeur or in luxury transportation services.
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with passenger endorsement.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and business centers.
- Experience with high-end clientele.
