Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Remote Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of existing HubSpot clients, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction with our platform. You will build strong, lasting relationships, identify opportunities for growth and expansion within your accounts, and serve as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of existing HubSpot client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs, business objectives, and challenges to proactively recommend relevant HubSpot solutions and services.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to expand product adoption and revenue.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic consultations with clients to demonstrate value and ensure successful platform utilization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including customer support, product development, and sales, to advocate for client needs and resolve issues.
  • Track and report on account health, engagement, and growth metrics.
  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively advise clients.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while paying strict attention to detail and delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Direct experience using HubSpot CRM and/or other HubSpot products.
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing, sales, and customer service methodologies.
  • Experience working in a remote capacity for a global technology company.
