Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Study Abroad & Global Exchange Intern to join our dynamic team in Bouctouche. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about international education and cultural exchange. You will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our international programs, assisting students throughout their journey, and contributing to the overall success of our global initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of international education, develop valuable professional skills, and make a tangible impact on students’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of various study abroad and global exchange programs.
  • Provide administrative support for student applications, admissions, and pre-departure orientations.
  • Help organize and facilitate cultural events and workshops for international and local students.
  • Respond to student inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Maintain and update student records and program databases with attention to detail.
  • Prepare promotional materials and information packets for prospective students.
  • Support the marketing efforts for upcoming programs and recruitment drives.
  • Assist with post-program evaluations and gather feedback from participants.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for all participants.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned by the program manager.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience studying or working abroad.
  • Fluency in French, in addition to English.

  • Knowledge of Canadian immigration regulations for international students.
