Job Description
As an Online Virtual Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance with retail inquiries, product information, and sales support. This 100% remote role requires a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via chat, email, and virtual calls to provide information on products and services.
- Assist customers with retail inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting common issues.
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate products or services to meet customer needs.
- Process orders, manage customer accounts, and update records accurately.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective, empathetic resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service updates, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with online chat platforms and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail sales role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
