Job Description
Join our dedicated Brand Protection team as a Retail Review Classifier. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our product reviews and content ecosystem. You will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, identifying violations of our content policies, and protecting both our brand and our customers from misleading or inappropriate information. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding our high standards for content quality and brand safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately classify and moderate user-generated content, including product reviews, questions, and answers, against established policy guidelines.
- Identify and escalate complex or ambiguous content policy violations to senior team members or relevant departments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content moderation policies and workflows by providing feedback and insights.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in content classification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, operations, and product, to ensure consistent application of brand protection standards.
- Stay informed about evolving content trends, policy updates, and potential brand risks.
