Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional shampooing and conditioning services for clients, ensuring comfort and relaxation.
- Assist senior stylists with all aspects of client preparation, including mixing colours, preparing workstations, and fetching tools.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the salon, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for all.
- Greet clients warmly, offer refreshments, and assist with their comfort throughout their visit.
- Manage salon supplies, ensuring towels are fresh and products are stocked and organized.
- Support the front desk with appointment management and client check-ins/outs as needed.
- Act as a friendly and helpful point of contact for clients, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
- Learn and adapt quickly to salon procedures and service standards.
