Job Description
Are you a Pinterest pro with a passion for real estate? Zillow Group is seeking a dedicated and creative Real Estate Pinterest Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on how millions discover their next home.
As a Real Estate Pinterest Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative Pinterest marketing strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and lead generation for Zillow’s vast property listings and content. You will leverage your expertise in visual storytelling and real estate trends to create compelling pins, manage boards, and analyze performance to optimize our presence on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies aligned with Zillow's brand and business objectives.
- Create compelling and visually appealing pins (static, video, Story Pins) that showcase properties, real estate trends, and lifestyle content.
- Optimize all Pinterest content for search and engagement, including keyword research, rich pins, and board organization.
- Monitor and analyze Pinterest performance metrics, providing regular reports on key KPIs, audience growth, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest features, trends, and best practices, as well as broader real estate market developments.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and integrate Pinterest into broader campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for growth and experimentation on the Pinterest platform to maximize reach and impact.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) managing successful Pinterest accounts for business, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, terminology, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional content creation and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Proficiency in Pinterest Analytics and other social media management/reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with other social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with Pinterest SEO strategies and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation through Pinterest.
