Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and thorough School Cleaner to join our facilities team in Wesley Chapel. This full-time position requires availability Monday to Friday during day shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various areas within our school facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to contributing to a positive learning environment. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Clean windows and glass partitions.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting needs to supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Report any damage or repair needs to facilities management.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and products (training provided).
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and bending.
Preferred Qualifications
