Job Description
Are you a student looking for a flexible part-time evening job that respects your study schedule? Target is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals for our evening operations team. This role is perfect for students who need to balance work with their academic commitments, with shifts designed to be completed by 9 PM daily. You’ll play a crucial role in preparing our store for the next day, ensuring a clean, organized, and stocked environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with merchandise replenishment and stocking shelves
- Help organize backroom inventory and prepare for morning operations
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain store appearance
- Provide excellent customer service to guests as needed
- Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth evening close-out
- Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines
Required Skills
- Ability to work evening shifts consistently until 9 PM
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
