Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic students to join our team as an Online Executive with a primary focus on Sales & Support. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will be instrumental in supporting our online operations, assisting customers with inquiries, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via various online channels (chat, email, phone) to provide exceptional sales and support services.
- Identify customer needs and effectively upsell/cross-sell relevant products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, manage returns, and provide accurate product information.

Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.

- Basic proficiency in using computer systems and navigating web-based applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
