Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Logistics Specialist with a focus on Autonomous Technology to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our autonomous fleet clients, handling everything from scheduling and routing to incident management and performance monitoring. You will be at the forefront of supporting cutting-edge technology, working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time operations of autonomous vehicle fleets, ensuring adherence to schedules and routes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries related to autonomous logistics.
  • Coordinate with field technicians and support teams for incident resolution and maintenance scheduling.
  • Analyze fleet data to identify areas for efficiency improvement and operational optimization.
  • Manage documentation and reporting related to fleet performance, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for autonomous fleet logistics.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide feedback on autonomous system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional remote support to ensure seamless client operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and fleet management systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic understanding of autonomous vehicle technology and principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with GIS software or mapping tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
