Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Google Liaison with a strong professional administrative background to join our dynamic remote team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact and facilitator for all Google-related administrative tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient use of Google Workspace tools across various projects and departments. This position is 100% remote and requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of Google’s suite of applications to support our teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Calendar for executive scheduling, meeting coordination, and event planning.
  • Facilitate efficient communication and collaboration using Google Meet, Chat, and Spaces.
  • Organize, maintain, and share documents and data using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Act as the primary administrative support for Google Workspace related inquiries and basic troubleshooting.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and data visualizations within Google Workspace.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, including setting up agendas, recording minutes, and distributing follow-up actions.
  • Onboard new team members to Capgemini's Google Workspace best practices.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects requiring Google ecosystem integration.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Workspace certification (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator).
  • Experience in a large corporate or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of supporting remote teams effectively.
