Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Sales Lead Auditor with a strong focus on Professional Services to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously auditing sales leads, ensuring their quality, accuracy, and alignment with our professional services offerings. You will play a pivotal part in optimizing our sales pipeline, identifying areas for improvement in lead generation, and ultimately contributing to the success of our sales and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough virtual audits of inbound and outbound sales leads for quality, completeness, and adherence to established criteria.
  • Verify lead data accuracy, including contact information, company details, and stated interest in professional services.
  • Assess the qualification status of leads based on predefined scoring models and sales readiness criteria.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, inaccuracies, or inefficiencies in lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to provide feedback on lead quality and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed audit reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Propose and implement corrective actions for identified lead quality issues.
  • Stay current with industry best practices in sales lead management and professional services offerings.
  • Participate in calibration sessions with sales teams to ensure consistent lead assessment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead auditing procedures and tools.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, lead generation, or sales auditing within a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
  • Understanding of professional services sales cycles and client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a global professional services firm.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Certification in sales operations or relevant CRM systems.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
