We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Visual Storyteller with specialized expertise in Pinterest to join our dynamic digital media agency team in Brooklyn. This role is crucial for developing captivating visual narratives and content strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results for our diverse portfolio of clients on the Pinterest platform. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative visual content strategies specifically tailored for Pinterest, aligning with client brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Create high-quality, on-brand visual assets, including pins, Idea Pins, and Story Pins, that capture attention and encourage user engagement.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, strategists, copywriters, and client service teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of Pinterest algorithm changes, emerging trends, and best practices to optimize content performance and audience reach.
- Analyze Pinterest analytics to track content performance, identify insights, and inform future content strategy adjustments.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets for various client campaigns.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in visual content creation, digital marketing, or a related field with a strong focus on Pinterest.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Deep understanding of the Pinterest platform, including its features, audience behavior, and content best practices.
- Exceptional visual storytelling abilities with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Ability to translate complex ideas and client briefs into clear, compelling, and aesthetically pleasing visual narratives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
