Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Weekend Customer Service Representative for online chat only. This is a part-time, remote position dedicated to providing exceptional support to our customers exclusively on weekends. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through real-time text-based chat.
Key Responsibilities
