Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Weekend Event Ushers. In this part-time role, you will be the welcoming face for guests at our various stadiums and theatres across Las Vegas. You will assist attendees with seating, provide directions, answer questions, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. This position is perfect for someone looking for flexible weekend work in an exciting, fast-paced entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and direct them to their assigned seats with a friendly demeanor.
  • Scan tickets and ensure proper entry protocols are followed.
  • Provide accurate information about event schedules, venue facilities, and local attractions.
  • Monitor assigned sections for guest safety and comfort, promptly addressing any issues.
  • Assist guests with special needs, including wheelchair accessibility and other accommodations.
  • Manage crowd flow and help resolve minor guest conflicts or concerns.
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
  • Report any security or medical incidents to appropriate personnel immediately.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area before, during, and after events.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and helpful attitude.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or event-based role.
  • Familiarity with large venue operations (stadiums, arenas, theatres).
  • Basic knowledge of first aid or CPR certification.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
