Job Description

Are you looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity to support a vibrant educational institution on weekends? Utah Valley University is seeking a dedicated Weekend Project Aide to join our Corporate Support team. This role is perfect for an organized, detail-oriented individual eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our administrative functions. You will assist with various projects, ensuring data accuracy, document management, and general office support to help our departments maintain peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of administrative records.
  • Organize and manage physical and digital documents and files.
  • Provide general administrative support to various corporate departments as needed.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for weekend meetings or events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence under supervision.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure workspaces are tidy and functional.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
