Job Description

TELUS International is seeking a dedicated WFH AI Search Engine Evaluator to join our fully remote team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of artificial intelligence by evaluating and improving the relevance and quality of search engine results. As a Search Engine Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in providing feedback that helps shape the future of global information access. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the convenience of working from your home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the quality, relevance, and accuracy of search engine results based on specific guidelines.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback on various types of search queries and web pages.
- Analyze and interpret user intent to determine the effectiveness of search algorithms.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines and quality standards.
- Identify and report any inconsistencies or issues encountered during the evaluation process.
